Get an oracle detail by oracleId

get

/oracles/{oracleId}

operationId: oracle-getDetail

Returns the detail view for a single oracle by its oracleId. Returns null if no oracle matches. Use this for oracle-level metadata; the price stream lives on /oracles/price-history.
